Job Summary
This position is located in the Office of Unified Communications (OUC), Office of Professional Standards and Development. The incumbent serves in this position as the Chief of Professional Standards with responsibility for providing staff level direction and oversight of the Training and Quality Assurance Program. He/she will participate as the training and quality assurance agency expert.
Other Significant Facts
Tour of Duty: Monday – Friday 9:00 am -5:30 pm. The incumbent in this position is designated as an Essential employee. The incumbent will be required to work or stay at work during times of declared emergencies or any other time as designated by the Mayor or his/her designee.
Position Designation: This position has been designated as Security Sensitive; therefore, the incumbent of this position will be subject to enhanced suitability screening pursuant to Chapter 4 of DC Personnel Regulations. Suitability and as such, incumbents of this position shall be subject to criminal background checks, background investigations and mandatory drug and alcohol testing, as applicable.
